Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged or broken or you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take further action.  

Faulty Items - Bordeaux Collective Braded Products
If you believe your item is faulty (for example, an issue that becomes apparent once your candle has been burned), please contact us as soon as the fault is identified. Our team may request further details to assess the issue.

Third-Party Brands
From time to time, we stock products from third-party brands (such as Louenhide). Returns, refunds, and exchanges for these items may be subject to the individual brand’s returns policy. Where applicable, we will assess your request in line with the supplier’s guidelines.

Refunds (Faulty Items Only)
Refunds are available for faulty items only. The product must be returned to us properly packaged and without further damage. All returned items will be inspected by our team, and if deemed faulty, you will be offered a refund or store credit.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available in-store only.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
